What you are buying
Heartlope sells interactive digital greeting cards. Each purchase is a one-time payment for one card, delivered instantly as a private web link. Nothing is shipped.
Cancellation
Because the card is created and delivered the moment you pay, an order cannot be cancelled once the link has been generated. Until you pay, you can leave the builder at any time at no cost.
When we refund
- Your card does not open, or does not work as described, and we cannot fix it within 7 days.
- You were charged more than once for the same card.
- You paid but did not receive your link.
When we do not refund
- A change of mind after the card has been delivered.
- Spelling or wording mistakes you entered yourself. Tell us and we will help you fix them where possible.
How to ask
Email support@heartlope.in within 7 days of purchase with the card link and the payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
