What we collect

The names, messages, dates and photos you enter to build a card, and basic activity on the card link (opens, scenes reached, answers) so Premium customers can see reactions. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

How it is used

Only to create and show your card and to provide support. We do not sell your data or show ads.

Who can see a card

Anyone who has the card link. Links are random and unlisted, so share them only with the people you intend.

Retention and deletion

Cards are kept for 90 days (Basic) or 1 year (Premium) after purchase. To delete a card earlier, email support@heartlope.in with the link.
