Good to know

I'm not a writer. What do I put in the boxes?

Nothing is blank-page scary. Every box has a plain-English hint, a grey example, and a ✨ Use example button that fills it for you. Try it, then change a few words. For a birthday letter: “Another year of you, and the world got better for it.” Anything you leave empty uses our wording, so you can't get it wrong.

What is a slide? What is a Polaroid?

A card is made of slides, like pages in a story: a balloon game, a letter, a quiz, your photos. A Polaroid is a photo with a white border and a handwritten caption underneath, like an instant photo. For example, a picture of you two at a café captioned “our first date ☕”.

How do they receive it?

You get a private link the moment you pay. Send it on WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS or email. It opens in any browser, so there's nothing for them to install.

Can I preview before paying?

Yes. The builder shows a live, fully playable preview of your card as you type. You only pay once you love it.

Can I schedule it for a specific day?

Yes, with Premium. Pick the exact date and time, even midnight on their birthday. Until then they only see a countdown, and the content isn't sent to their phone. The link stays live for 90 days (Basic) or a year (Premium).

Are my photos and messages private?

Your card lives at a random, unguessable link and isn't listed anywhere. Only people you share it with can open it.

What's the “No” button about?

In the proposal, sorry and puzzle cards, the “No” button playfully dodges every tap while “Yes” grows. They'll end up saying yes, and smiling about it.
